You can connect Virtualize/SOAtest servers to CTP in the following ways:
Registering a Server from CTP
If you have administrator permissions to manage the CTP installation, you can register SOAtest and Virtualize servers from the Virtualize Servers screen.
- Choose the Virtualize Servers tab and click the + button to add a new row to the table.
- Specify an identifier, IP address or hostname, port number, and credentials the server may require to access CTP when prompted.
- Click OK to finish registering the server.
To deregister a server, choose a row in the table and click the trash icon.
Registering a Server from the Desktop
If you are using the server shipped with SOAtest or Virtualize, you can register the server from the Parasoft Preferences screen. See Integrating Virtualize Server and/or SOAtest Server with CTP for additional information.
Registering a Web Archive Server
If you are using the soavirt.war distribution of the SOAtest and Virtualize server, configure the following settings in the config.properties file as described in Server Configuration:
