dotTEST can analyze locally buildable projects that are imported into your IDE. The following IDEs are supported:
- Visual Studio 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017
To work with the Parasoft dotTEST from within your IDE, you need to install both the Parasoft Plugin and the
dotTESTPlugin for your IDE. Any previous versions of Parasoft testing products should be uninstalled from the IDE before you install the plugins.
The Parasoft dotTEST Engine is not required to import and work with findings from the DTP server, but it must be installed to analyze code in the IDE (see Prerequisites for information about the requirements).
