All Test Data components are installed as part of the CTP installation process.
To populate Test Data with the desired set of Parasoft data repository servers, run register.bat or register.sh (as appropriate for your operating system), and pass command line arguments for the connection to CTP, the port on which Data Repository Server is running, and whether or not it is SSL. For example:
register.bat <CTP_URL> [--port port_number] [--ssl] [--alias alias]
Where CTP_URL is of the format https://[CTP Server Host]:[Port]
