License Server enables you to manage floating licenses for SOAtest, Virtualize, and CTP. If Parasoft DTP is deployed in your organization or if you are using a local license, then you may not need to install License Server. If you do not have a local license or DTP, you can download License Server from the Parasoft customer portal (registration required), deploy it to your network, and use it to license CTP and other Parasoft tools.
License Server can either be installed as a self-deployed application or deployed to your own Tomcat server, including the Tomcat server running CTP. Refer to the Parasoft License Server documentation for installation, configuration, and usage.
