By default, Test Data Assistant is configured to handle 10 threads concurrently. If you want more threads to be processed concurrently (e.g., to take advantage of a powerful machine), set the system property parasoft.tdm.tasks.threads.max with the desired value (e.g.,parasoft.tdm.tasks.threads.max=30).
