Settings files can be passed at the command line to control options for reporting, task assignment, licensing, and more. This lets you:
- Configure and use different setting configurations for different projects.
- Extend or override team-wide settings as needed (for example, for settings that involve local paths).
- Adjust settings without having to open the GUI.
