Source control settings are inherited by the filter from the project settings (see Configuring Parasoft Test Settings for Projects) or from a global configuration (see Configuring Parasoft Test for All Projects). If you are creating a filter for a project created in DTP 5.3.0 or older, you will need to use the deprecated source control settings interface.  This interface will only appear for older projects. 

  1. Choose Report Center Settings from the settings drop-down menu and click Filters in the Administration sidebar.
  2. Create a new filter or click on an existing filter.
  3. Click Edit Source Control Settings in the Source Controls (Deprecated since DTP 5.3.0) section.

     

  4. Specify your source control settings.
