To configure a real endpoint (i.e., an actual database, service, application, etc.—not a virtual asset):
- In the Components wizard area (or the Real Endpoint area of the Instance editor), specify the real component’s actual endpoint. Note that the HTTP, JMS, and MQ settings here are the same as in the Virtualize UI.
Do not select a virtual asset if you are configuring a real endpoint for this component instance.
Note that provisioning a component instance with a real endpoint will disable virtual assets deployed by other instances.
