User-defined test configurations are stored by default in: <workspace_dir>\.metadata\.plugins\com.parasoft.ptest.common.eclipse.core\com.parasoft.xtest.checkers.api\configs\c++test\
You can change the default directory in one of the following ways:
- In the IDE: Specify the User configurations option in Parasoft > Preferences > Configurations.
- Using a local settings file: Add the following property to the localsettings.properties file:
cpptest.custom.configs.dir=C\:\\cpptest_professional\\configs\\user
- From the command line: Specify the following property directly:
cpptestcli -data [...] -config "user://my_config" -property cpptest.custom.configs.dir=C:\cpptest_professional\configs\user
