Configuring a login policy enables you to control how DTP responds to failed login attempts.
To access the Login Policy configuration screen choose User Administration from the settings (gear icon) menu and click Login Policy in the Settings sidebar.
Configuration
The following configurations are available:
Enabled | This option enables/disables the login policy. |

Maximum login failures | This setting determines the number of failed login attempts a user can make with the timeframe specified in the Failure persistence duration setting before being locked out. |
Failure persistence duration (seconds) | This settings determines the timeframe in which a user can unsuccessfully attempt to login per the number of times specified in the Maximum login failures setting before being locked out. The time frame applies to the last failed attempt before reaching the maximum login failures limit. For example, if the Maximum login failures setting is configured to |
Lockout duration (seconds) | This setting specifies how long a user must wait before a lock automatically expires. |
Save your changes after configuring your login policy settings.
Unlocking Users
Users that have been locked out appear in the Locked Users table. You can click Unlock User to manually unlock users.
