You can specify the directory that contains static analysis rule documentation. This enables you to point to different sets of rule documentation, such as third-party analyzer rules. The rules shipped with your Parasoft tool are in the <INSTALL_DIR>\manuals\rules-doc directory.
To specify a rule documentation directory:
Click Parasoft in the menu bar and chooseOptions (Visual Studio) or Preferences (Eclipse).
- Select Configurations.
- Enable the Rule documentation option and browse for the directory with the rule documentation.
