In this section:
License Server enables you to manage licenses for Parasoft products deployed to your network. Upload the product licenses you received from Parasoft to License Server. and when a tool requests a license, License Server will provide a license token if one is available. You can restrict and allocate license tokens as necessary.
The Tool Licenses screen shows the license tokens currently available and consumed by connect tools. You can add or remove licenses, as well as view details about the licenses currently installed.

You can use the search bar to find the license for a specific tool, as well as click on a column header to sort the table.
You can also click on a link in the Tool column to view details about the specific license for the tool. The License Details includes the features enabled with the license.
Starting with 2021.1, two types of licenses are supported. The v2 license enables License Server to serve license tokens to connected Parasoft tools version 2021.1 and later, whereas the v1 license supports Parasoft tools 2020.2 and older. You can add both versions to License Server from this screen.
Click on the trash icon and confirm that you want to remove the license when prompted.
The Server License screen is an interface for adding a v2 License Server license. Starting with condition 2021.1, a separate license is required to issue license tokens to connected Parasoft tools version 2021.1 and later. You do not need to configure the settings on this screen if the tools requesting licenses are 2020.2 and older.
You can either connect to a remote instance of License Server to obtain a license or use a local license file.
Contact your Parasoft representative to obtain a local license file.
