dotTEST ships with an extension that allows you to analyze projects developed in Visual Studio Code.

To install the extension for Visual Studio Code:

  1. Unpack the installation package in any directory.
  2. Choose View> Extensions from the menu to display the Extensions pane.
  3. Click the More Actions... menu at the top-right corner of the Extensions pane.

  4. Choose Install from VSIX... from the menu that appears.
  5. Navigate to the VSIX file in the following location: [INSTALL_DIR]/integration/vscode.
  6. Click Install.
  7. Restart Visual Studio Code when prompted to enable the extension.

Alternatively, you can download the extension directly from the VS Code marketplace.
