The following buttons are added to the toolbar:
The Run Tests button allows you to quickly run any available Test Configuration.
If you simply click the Run Tests button, C++test will run a test based on the Favorite Test Configuration.
If you use the pull-down menu to the right of the Run Tests button, you can start a test using any of the available Test Configurations. The current Favorite Test Configuration will always be listed as the first command in the Run Tests pull-down menu, and will be followed by the preset 1, 2, and 3 favorites (which can be modified to suit your preferences), then the most recently-run Test Configurations, then by commands that provide access to User-defined Test Configurations, Built-in Test Configurations, and Team Test Configurations.
Import My Recommended TasksThe Import My Recommended Tasks button lets you import a selected category of results that are available on Parasoft Team Server. This allows you to use the GUI to review and analyze the results from command-line tests. If you simply click the Import My Recommended Tasks button, C++test will import the subset of all of your testing tasks that 1) you are responsible for (based on C++test’s code authorship calculations) and 2) C++test has selected for you to review and address today (based on the maximum number of tasks per developer per day that your team has configured C++test to report).
