A run configuration is a unique set of metadata associated with test and analysis runs that enable DTP to group the data into filters. You can add run configurations to project and custom filters (see Configuring Filters).  

1. Choose Report Center Settings from the settings (gear icon) menu.
2. Choose Filters from the Administration sidebar.
3. Click on an existing filter or create a new filter and click Add Run Configurations.
    

4. The Add Run Configurations overlay shows run configurations that have been sent to DTP. Click the add icon (+) to add run configurations to your filter.
    

   . . . if Run Configurations Attributes are the same for separate runs, but the name of the last machine to execute the run and/or the last machine user are different, then the runs are grouped together in the same configuration. If you upgraded to DTP 5.2.1 or later from an earlier version, some run configurations may be retired and marked in red. Configurations may be retired because earlier versions of DTP created new run configurations when Run Configurations Attributes are the same for separate runs, but the name of the last machine to execute the run and/or the last machine user are different. As a result of this change, the uniqueness of some pre-5.2.1 run configurations becomes uncertain and are therefore retired.

5. Click Confirm to close the Add Run Configurations overlay.

Changes are saved automatically. 

The new filter will be available in the Report Center dashboard filter menu.
