SOAtest adds the following buttons to the toolbar:

Test

The Test button allows you to quickly run any available Test Configuration.

If you simply click the Test button, SOAtest will run a test based on the Favorite Test Configuration.

If you use the pull-down menu to the right of the Test button, you can start a test using any of the available Test Configurations. The current Favorite Test Configuration will always be listed as the first command in the Test Using pull-down menu and will be followed by the most recently run Test Configurations, then by commands that provide access to User-defined Test Configurations, Built-in Test Configurations, and Team Test Configurations.

Import From DTP

The Import From DTP button lets you import a selected category of results that are available on DTP. This allows you to use the GUI to review and analyze the results from command-line tests.

If you simply click the Import From DTP button, SOAtest will import the subset of all of your testing tasks that: 1) you are responsible for (based on SOAtest’s task assignments) and 2) SOAtest has selected for you to review and address today (based on the maximum number of tasks per team member per day that your team has configured SOAtest to report).

If you use the pull-down menu to the right of the Import From DTP button, you can select which type of results you want to import. For details on the available options, see Importing Results into the UI.
