CTP users with an LLM Integration license can access the Parasoft Intelligent Digital Assistant (IDA) in CTP. IDA is an LLM-powered chatbot designed to answer questions about CTP and other Parasoft products. IDA is hosted externally by Parasoft and is accessible via CTP and the Parasoft customer portal. It does not train on user data.
To access IDA within CTP, go to to Help 
> Parasoft IDA.
IDA will open in a new browser window. It has a simple call-and-response interface: enter your request in the query panel and press ENTER and IDA will do its best to provide an answer for you.
If you don't get exactly the information you were looking for, make follow-up requests. Continued interaction with the IDA, in effect, forms a conversation and subsequent questions are treated as being related to those that came before. This can influence the answers that are provided. You can start a new conversation by clicking the vertical ellipses icon in the upper-right corner and choosing Reset Chat.
