  1. Move the selenic.properties file to another directory
  2. Delete the existing <SELENIC_INSTALL> directory.
  3. Extract the newer version of the Selenic archive to the same directory as the previous version.
  4. Move the selenic.properties file into the the newly the newly extracted <SELENIC_INSTALL> directory.
