To work with the Parasoft Jtest from within your IDE, you need to install both the Parasoft DTP Plugin and the Parasoft DTP Plugin for JavaJtest. Any previous versions of Parasoft testing products should be uninstalled from the IDE before you install the plugins.
The Parasoft Jtest Engine is not required to import and work with findings from the DTP server, but it must be installed to analyze code in the IDE (see Prerequisites for information about the requirements).

Jtest supports Java 6 to Java 8. We recommend using Java Runtime Environment provided by Oracle Corporation in your environment. Other free and open source implementations may cause issues with the proper functioning of Jtest. |
